Programs include overall body stretching and limbering with Body Motion, Yoga, low impact aerobics with Tone Your Bones, as well as walking, bicycling, swimming, bowling, dancing, weight control, and volleyball groups.

Health screening clinics are offered to monitor blood pressure, cholesterol, hemoglobin, eye pressure, hearing, oral health, mental health, glucose levels, and other health conditions common to older adults.

Newer wellness offerings include massage, Tai Chi, and reflexology.

Health professionals throughout the community, supplemented by center volunteers, staff screenings, and partners such as the Wellness Program, Tipton Lakes Athletic Center, Quinco Behavior Health, Public Health, and Columbus Regional Hospital provide needed expertise.
